Our office requires the client to pay for the therapist full fee at the first visit if benefits have not been verified. After benefits have been verified, the difference will be credited.

Payment is due when services are rendered. All charges are ultimately the client's responsibility. It is the client's responsibility to verify benefits prior to the first appointment. Our office does not file secondary insurance.
